Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Eastern Refinishing refinished my tub area in April. In doing so, they failed to remove the shower fixtures - meaning that the area behind the handles were not refinished. In July, I replaced the fixture and noticed the problem. When I called Eastern Refinishing, and suggested that they send a technician to correct the issue, the contact became indignant and hung up the phone.

I'd advise everyone to avoid this company.

There isn't much to say.
We have been in business for 36 years.
We do not normally remove fixtures or anything structural when refinishing tile walls. We explain to all of our over 320,000 customers that we are to be the last people to work in the bath area and that if there is ANYTHING that you wish to change (i.e. fixtures) that should be done prior to our arrival.
As far as his "suggestion"; where he comes from it might be considered a "suggestion" but when you begin the conversation screaming at the top of your lungs it usually ends quickly.
I think this person was just having a really bad day before he called us and he decided to take it out on us.
