Eastman Kodak, Kodak printer ESP9 AIO is a ripoff- Beware of their ads, Internet

I purchased a Kodak ESP 9 AIO based on their ads touting low-cost of ink versus other printers. The printer worked for about 1 month and I started having issues with the printhead not printing any black ink. I called Kodak, they said they would send out a new printhead. We also changed both of the cartridges. It worked for a very short time, 2 weeks I remember. Again, we contact Kodak. get another printhead and the same issues. We have now gone through 3 printheads, many calls, many emails and now the printer is out of the warranty. Kodak has such a good reputation with cameras, but they have no business making printers that are so faulty. I was tired of the high ink prices by other companies. We paid $235 for this printer at Sam's Club. We cannot afford to purchase another printer so we have been going to Staples instead. BTW..when I emailed Kodak, they have never responded. When we called, we were on the phone for over an hour with someone from India we could hardly understand. Kodak is a ripoff!
