 They take money and don't have any indication on their website about a no refund policy. If they do, you would have to have a magnifying glass to see it. They can't understand one thing. The owner is non existent. When I asked to speak with him directly, their manager and customer service people say he rarely even shows up. I canceled my order, then they take 19 dollars for themselves. Don't do business with these people. They are trully incompetent in every way possible.

Believe every word of the people not happy with their services. They have no fine print that says there is a charge for cancelling their woefully incompetent services. Even after you tell them how much you can't stand them, they call offering coupons. Clueless. They have no way of accepting pdf files. They can't garantee their work will be done right. They will send you whatever they like. I'm told the owner never shows up by their customer service people. They are cheap though. But you really get what you pay for in communication and awful templates. No graphics manufacturing company on Earth does not accept a psd file. They steal money for no work. I've filed a dispute with card services over the 19.00 bucks they stole for themselves. Believe every word of the shoddy manufacturing process. They don't care. Sometimes you just have to do everything yourself for it to be done right. That means printing the artwork, cutting, CD duplication. Everything. I will give them one thing. They had the positioning of the CD face right. But with no garantee that it will be done correctly, why why why why why do business with them? Believe every word from others about their incompetence. I hope they go out of business soon so they don't rip off others.
