The Easy & Fast Shell on the corner of sheilds & Maroa.
I paid $21.00 to pay for a .99 pepsi and the rest in gas. There was.04 on the pump when I pumped my gas. They stoped the pump at $19.87 They shorted me .17. That adds up if they do it to very one.

You forgot about Sales Tax and CRV.
CRV = $0.05
Sales Tax(8.225%) = $0.08142. This gets rounded up to $0.09
So your $0.99 soda actually cost $1.13
$21 - $1.13 = $19.87
So if you want to complain about the tax talk to your representatives, but the station gave you exactly the amount of gas you paid for.

.99 + 19.87 = 20.86 plus tax on the soda. So how were you ripped of .17???
