Easy Saver - American Leisure HUGE SCAM! Nationwide

Easy saver and American leisure both charged my account 16.95 for 3 months so 6 times even after I cancelled. I had no phone number to talk to a human being, I only got a computer that always hung up on me. I finallly recieved a call from easy saver saying that they were going to charge my card another month and I get a years membership for it. I never authorized these companys to charge my card, and I have never even heard of them till I saw it on my card statement!! They said they got my card # from ordering a cream called celtrx. I must have asked 100 times how this celtrx cream company gave them my card #. Apparently they say i authorized celtrx to give out my card #. Seriously, Im not a moron, I didnt do that.

After 20 minutes of arguing with the company on the phone they said they would refund all 6 charges back to my card. Well I had already cancelled my card so I demanded a paper check mailed to me. They told me that they have to try and charge my account, wait for it to bounce back to them, then they can mail me a check. I asked 5 times how long this would take and he could not give me a straight answer. So I finally said 30 days? He said YES by 30 days. Well I made sure I got all phone #s, ext #s and names to I can pass it on to everyone else here to. Hopefully I get my refund soon, and good luck to everyone else who were scammed by these people.
