 These people are scum lords at best. They rent, sell, lease, or owner finance houses. If you make the mistake of moving into one of their houses (BAD IDEA) here is whats going to happen.
 When your lease is up they want you to renew if you don't with in a month the bank will start taking pictures of the house once a week because they stop paying the note 3 months before. But don't worry they will offer to lower the rent to deal with the photographers. They will brag about how they just got a new house for cheap while your house is in fore-closure.
  If you send your wife or girlfriend to deal with Steve. Watch out He is really creepy and will say off the wall sexist remarks. (so called christian) 
 Need more go to Polk County Tax Collector and search Steve or Lyn's name it is slap full of houses bought then sold to trust for a dollar then resold to Lynn or another crook for a hundred thousand over and over. The IRS and police are on them the only scam they will be running soon will be from the state prison system. Believe me and others on here if you deal with these crooks you are going to wind up in a jam and very possibly homeless.
