This is a really bad fraudsters
Placed my order through ebates.com on lowes.com for a fridge.
Got a fridge delivered sometime ago but never got paid.
Sent several inquiries to ebates.com, received nothing just their usual we are looking into it. It has been a month since
I placed my order and got nothing back.
Lost almost $40 in cash because of ebates
Wish used somebody else, stay away from this company

Of course, Ebates.com is a legitimate company that has been paying Cash Back to online shoppers for over 12 years.   Since this complaint does not display a name or email address, I am not familiar with this exact issue, but I do know that we work with Lowe's to resolve cases like this. 

Ebates earns a commission for each order that our members make.  We pass along part of our commission to our members as Cash Back.   When something goes wrong, and we don't earn credit for the order, we contact the store on our member's behalf.  It sounds like that is what is going on now.  We apologize if this is taking longer than it should .   We too want to earn credit for this order. 

We hope to resolve this matter for you soon.
