Ebay Motors Daniel Ellis Promised something but never delivered Internet

My daughter found  cars on the internet through Ebay motor vehicle. One was for 3200 and the other was for 2900. She also sent insurance in the amount of 1100.

She and I tried to contact these individuas when the items never arrived and no one sent us anything or let us know anything.

They stated that the cars would be shipped within 5 days before they did anything with the money. If they haven't heard anything in 5 days they would refund the money back.

When the 5 days were up, I got suspicious and e-mailed them and they sent me responses like get in contact with customer service and they would refund the money. 

Or they didn't have the information and for me to send it by mail so they could verify it. I did not do that.

I faxed the information to them again and they emailed me the information that I had already sent them, which let me know they knew exactly what I was talking about.

I realized something was up when I called to check on my money which I wired through Western Union and it was no longer there. I filed a report through ICS.
