Ebay ID - rrjkyoung - Auction ID # 260158580770 - Emachine Desktop PC.
This loser received my money (349.86) and has never shipped the computer. There was a website "iowaautosales.net" which has since been disabled. She will not respond to my emails and changed her email address, which I was able to get the new email address. She won't respond via the new email address either. She even left negatvie feedback saying "she did not recieved funds" and I have a copy of the cancelled money order with her signature. I filed a report with the IC3, but I have not heard anything back yet. Ebay said they were going to suspend her account and they have not. She has even listed more items and also has a new recent negative feedback from another buyer saying the exact same thing. She received money and never shipped item. Her response is she has not received funds. Which is a LIE!!!!
I even sent numberous copies of my cancelled money order to Ebay and they will not respond to my emaills. Ebay has been informed numerous time regarding this individual and does absolutely NOTHING. I think Ebay should be held responsible because there are well aware of her fraudulent activities and are refusing to deal with THEIR seller. Does anyone have a lawsuit against ebay? I think one should be started. This is no different than a store that would be conducting fraudulent activitives or allowing such activities and would choose to ignore. That store would be shut down ASAP. So why isn't EBAY shut down. Can anyone provide me with additional info or someone contact me, because I want to press criminal charges against her. I live in OH and she is in Iowa, what measures do I have to take to file theft charges against her? Also, if there are any lawsuits out there against Ebay or a d**n good attorney please contact me. Thanks.

I'm actually a seller on ebay and we constantly have a flow of money orders come in. Ebay does warn buyers that if they are sending money order, Western Union payments, personal checks, ect. that they are not covered by any protection policys. We actually inform our customers to use a form of delivery confirmation just to give them both confirmation that the money order was received and that is your actual proof. Trying to show a signature as a form of proof is still not enough. They can easily say that someone else got it and simply signed her name. Your only protection is either useing Paypal or credit cards. There are very deceiving people out there and unfortunantly good people get ripped off by bad people for stupid technicalities but money orders are a huge risk.
