I just happen to stumbled on a huge massive historical collections by an ebay seller asplendore - http://stores.ebay.com/asplendore -  just recently the other day on ebay. I was in awe just going through pages after pages seeing  historic figures and rare items you don't normally see everyday. Why would this person sell on ebay of all places when we all know ebay is an easy destination to sell forgeries and counterfeit items. Why not consign to trusted big name auction houses like Sotheby's or Heritage Auctions? Both have location in the Los Angeles areas. Then I begin to investigate into it more...just as I expected. The seller is selling FAKES!

The following listed items this crooked seller knowingly know were duplicated or forged currently available for sale or sold in the past are: Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr. ,Cesar Chavez, Jackie Kennedy, Elvis Presley, Muhammad Ali, Franklin D. [continued below]....
..... Roosevelt, Eleanor Roosevelt ,Michael Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, Princess Diana, Queen Elizabeth II, George W. Bush, Ted Kennedy, Theodore Roosevelt, Mikhail Gorbachev , Ronald Reagan, Nancy Reagan, Martin Van Buren, Richard Nixon, Dwight Eisenhower, James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, Harry Truman, Herbert Hoover, Gerald Ford, Grover Cleveland, Calvin Coolidge, Andrew Jackson ,James Buchanan, Woodrow Wilson ,Bill Clinton ,Hillary Clinton, Lyndon B. Johnson, William H. Taft,  Mother Teresa, Andy Warhol, Norman Rockwell, Jayne Mansfield, Lucille Ball, Phil Hartman, Nat King Cole, Gary Cooper, Frank Sinatra, Diana Ross, Ringo Starr, Wally O'Malley, Babe Ruth ,Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams ,Jackie Robinson, Willie Mays, Ty Cobb, Jimmie Foxx, Pete Rose, Steven Spielberg, Bill Russell, Fay Wray, Ed Sullivan, Brittany Murphy, Buzz Aldrin ,J. Edgar Hoover, Jefferson Davis ,Ernest Hemingway, Alfred Hitchock, Robert E. Lee, Walt Disney, Winston Churchill, Charlie Chaplin, Jim Henson, Wayne Gretzky, Shirley Temple, John Wayne, Joe Louis, Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant, Tom Hanks, Sammy Davis Jr., Hugh Grant, Kiefer Sutherland, Clint Eastwood, Mark Twain, Lee Harvey Oswald, J.D. Salinger ,Charles Lindbergh, Grace Kelly, Jesse Owens ,John Wooden ,Neil Armstrong, Demi Moore , Dr. Seuss, etc. There was nobody they wouldn't do. Dead or alive, they didn't care. The only thing they care was making more money.

Majority of the expensive signed items are not authenticated by a third-party authentication services raised questions if they are even real in the first place. The least that the seller can do is get a professional appraisal specialist to look over their questionable items of it true authenticity. The seller have no business selling these craps on ebay if proven fake. Ebay need to do it part and restricted these types of sale on their auction website until seller proven its authenticity through a reputable third-party autograph authenticators.

I calculated the total sold merchandise on ebay in the whole month of February 2012 for this seller and add up to nearly $100k alone. Using this statistics, this seller made over 1 million dollars in 2011. Since they been in business since 2002. They made roughly $12 million in the last decade in fraud.

The seller need to come clean. Admit it to the crime. Tell the world they were wrong. Refund everybody's money and turn themselves in. I'll make it easy for them. Here's a list of some numbers below that are useful to make this process go faster:

Ebay 866-877-3229

FBI - Los Angeles office (310) 477-6565 or 1-800-CALLFBI

Los Angeles Police Dept  1-877-ASK-LAPD (1-877-275-5273)

For the victims:
-Call your local police and make a report.
-After filing a police report then report the incident to Ebays Fraud Department and submit the police report number
-Contact Paypal or your Credit Card and initiate a dispute to get your money back.
-Leave negative feedback on the seller on ebay to warn other buyers.

Wow! She who fights fiction with fiction at it again.

AUTHOR: David - (United States of America)

Wow! So......................Ex authenticator.......I think eventually with so many reports about so many sellers just kind of backfired on you. I guess you can say that with so many collectors in the industry and all the sellers on ebay you would eventually start to hear from their customer base. It gets around quick but I hope you realise that just because someone has a buisness based on autographs doesn't mean that everyone is selling fakes.

Just to point out something very obvious to Davids comment above about his purchases is that you can go through the sellers feedback on ebay and view them. There's no complaints about anything being fake. That can be viewed by everyone by logging on to ebay and typing in the sellers name in the find member advanced search section.

So these reports are the real fake. You conceal your name (and anyone who types a report and cannot even provide a name should tell you something is not right) and based on your ignorant views and proving to be uneducated about the industry itself destroys your credibility.

But I'm convinced that you're a small time seller. You're depserate for sales and the only way you can compete in the industry is by coming up with a shabby scheme to undermine your competition. And the reason why you are constantly asking other people to call the FBI and police is because you have no proof and you would rather have other people do your dirtywork. I think you need to go back to the drawing board and get a new buisness.

Has to be one of many misleading reports

AUTHOR: David - (United States of America)

This is intresting and I guess I have to be the one to deliver the bombshell to this Ex-Authenticator.

My name is David and I'm from Oceanside, CA and a friend of mine recently purchased a couple of tickets that turned out to be fake. They were purchased by a seller on ebay and she wanted to do a little research on the seller if there were similar reports. She came to rippoffreport.com and typed in ebay in the search and as she was searching she came across these reports stating that many of these ebay sellers in particular are selling fake autographes.

She knows that I am a collector and that 90% of my purchases for over a decade have come off of ebay. I am not one to travel all over the country to visit every person who holds an autograph signing session so most of my purchases come from on-line. Most of the autographs I receive are at a bargain price and every now and then I will make a few large value purchases but the catch is that when I receive my purchases I know that I have only 45 days to file a claime if it turns out to be fake so when I receive them I send them off to be authenticated by PSA/DNA.

This is where things get intresting. I have read many of your reports and by your own words you bash sellers for selling items you claim to be fake and you are constantly referring to PSA/DNA services as a reputable 3rd party company. You have also stated in one of your reports your state very clearly that there are reputable sellers on ebay who sell autographs that received PSA/DNA services. So I think we all know that you put your trust in this company right?

The thing that I have a problem is that after a decade of collecting I've come across these sellers that you exploited and every purchase that I have made has been authenticated exclusively through the PSA/DNA services after I received them.

4 of my purchases have come from the seller in this report. 6 though Slyline signatures and 4 from tonicollectibles4u and many many more.

So.............tell me something. How is it that the very service you speak so highly of is authenticating the very items that you are claiming to be fake?

To me its a real kick in balls when I log on-line and see reports insinuating that my entire 10 years and over 600 PSA/DNA authenticated autographs are a total fake.

After you answer my question also tell me why you gave yourself that stupid name "ex-authenticator" instead of your real name. Are you affraid of being exposed as a ranting fake who's trying to undermine other sellers in a desperate attempt to boost your own. I surely hope that over the 10 years of buying that none of my purchases came from you. If there were any truth to your reports you be cowering down behind your fake title "Ex-Authenticator"

Don't waste your time Ronny G.

AUTHOR: Brian - (United States of America)

This is another in the multitude of libelous posts from Ex-Authenticator.  He claims nearly all celebrity autograph dealers on Ebay are dealing in fakes.  Has yet to provide any kind of verifiable evidence, only his own opinions, in any of his posts.  I still believe he is another Ebay celebrity autograph dealer, bad-mouthing his competition trying to drum up more business for himself.
