ebay promotes buyers extorting you for free products and or money THROUGH THEIR FEEDBACK POLICIES.

I must say after 11 years of perfect feedback, it is pretty pathetic that I unfortunately sold a product to an very unreasonable individual who finds it best to punish sellers with unwarranted negative feedback. Below are the actual emails between the buyer and my self. I posted it without any changes including all spelling errors on both our parts. I just feel it would be more fair to let the world see the unedited events that transpired.

That's strange as I did try it here first. Make sure the battery is charged. If it still doesn't work, send it back. The seller I represent said he has more we can exchange it.

Dear e_pawnshop,

On the back of the radio there is a label reading "warning dc 9v adapter only". The lights will lite only with adapter. I plugged one in, I know. I used a brand new 9 volt battery and radio willnot play. You did not say in the description that a 9v adapter is needed, you said it played-not,you did misrepesent item. I'm wasting any more money on you sending item back-you would just send me another one like this one-not working. The end.

If you look at the back of the box you will note that it clearly states that the use of the lights will quickly drain the battery. I did not use a 9v adapter. I used a 9v battery which was a cheap sunbeam from the dollar tree. It worked. It is possible with its age and potentialy rough transport from my location to your something broke. I will give you the benefit of an exchange but that will require me receiving the defective one from you first. If you ship parcel post in a brown non usps box it should be only about $4-5. Priorty mail boxes are higher. If you are unwilling to return the "defective" item, it can NOT be exchanged. At this very point in time though, do not return the one you have yet. I have not recieved the potential replacement yet and obviously not tested it. If you would like an exchange the offer stands right after I receive and test the replacement. I should be able to do so on TUESDAY. So until then, please contiplate my offer.

I'm trying to be a nice guy about this. I said I was'nt going to spend any more money on you-yet you tell me to send it parcel post. You also tell me that it clearly states on the back of box that using battery wilrun it down quickly-well I can't read the back of the box in Ga. when you're in Pa.-HELLO. You did'nt say in the discription what is needed. I plainly said that my last email was the last one-do you not read the English language. If you needed some money -all you had to do was ask- I would send you some. You don't have to treat me like a ------. This matter is closed,don't email me again- don't do simething stupid like giving me any negative feedback. I don't know what feedback I'll give you if any- 'cause right now you have pretty pissed off!!! I'm an honest person,I don't need this. You misrepsented the item and you know you did!!! Don't email me back- I have had it with you!!

I stopped emailing lithialab after that. I did not leave him feedback. I did ship the radio in its original box, so I don't understand the geographical statements he was making. I offered him an exchange but did not offer to pay for the shipping. I require the defective item to ensure that the buyer is not running a scam to get a second item for free. I still believe he was trying to extort me into doubling his order at no charge to him. I had pictures of the item in my ad working on a 9v battery. I know it worked. I this point I seriously question his intelligence,honesty, and integrity. If you are a seller I would suggest you be very careful of this unintelligent, dishonest, unethical person. P.S. Ebay does not give me the option to post negative feedback for this individual. I will however try to let ebay user know of this dangerous member.

SELLERS BEWARE INSANE CUSTOMER _ HISTORY of leaving unwarranted negative feedback, personal attacks, harasses sellers, personal threats!

Dear e_pawnshop, Hello, yes! Same to me! He told me after he won item to give him a discount and or he would give me negative feedback, I reported this to ebay, they did not do anything. I did not ship him item and he gave me negative, 1st one in 7 years! I was frantic, told him I would give him the item if he removed the feedback he said send me item FIRST, I said no, remove feedback and I will ship item ,he said no way. Hes crazy. I think he needs mental help, my last name is unique and he started writing me emails thru ebay and called me fatburger and more, etc. I sent these emails to Ebay, they never did anything! Step #1 I started this Page.

Step #2 I filed an extortion complaint with safe harbor which is currently active.

Step #3 I will call David Feil Ebays #1 Customer service Rep. .

Step #4 If all these fail, I will file a BBB and Federal Trade Commission complaint against Ebay for false advertising via slanderous untruthful comments posted by Lithialab and permitted by ebay.

Step #5 If this fails I will attempt to start a class action suit against ebay for defamation of character, loss of revenue from unrealized or under bidding resulting in lower sales cause by unfair negative feedback policies, any financial loss as a result of each transaction involving percieved extortion, mental pain and anguish from possible stress and anxiety cause to ebay sellers as a result of ebay policy preventing sellers from defending themselves.

I contacted about 20 people and found 6 that were harassed, extorted, insulted, some threatened which scared sellers. I think a grass roots campaign towards a class action lawsuit may have a dramatic effect of how ebay treats their most valuable asset (the seller) . Rember, Ebay makes money off your inventory. Without us, they won't exist.

Dear e_pawnshop, Yes, this is a problem and I have called ebay and reported this. I don't know what safe harbor is. I sold him a radio and he said he never bought it and in his negative feedback he says I did not list accessories!! What accessories do you need with a radio?? I am filing an unpaid item dispute and take it from there. People like him should not be on ebay. They ruin it for everyone. Thanks for the email. Judy - guadgirl


Sellers please note these people are long time ebay users with a excellent history of making customers happy. It might be safe and cost you less to simple cancel his bids. He is inpossible to satisfy. Good Luck.

That is exactly what happened to me. Thanks for the email. I had great transactions until this guy came along. He is definitely a crook! Let me know what I can do to help this cause. absolutely! and because ebay cheanged the rules we have no power to do anything but block people and turn them in even though that does no good for any kind of justice after something happens, all you can do is not let himn ever buy anything from you again, ebay will never removed feedback, you can alway post his name in one of your adsm, they will kick it off eventually but at least you feel good about posting it!

I went back to find him and try to remember what he bought, I am thinking he was the one that bought a $3000 crock, drove me crazy making me offers over the phone until finally I took it, then when he received it he kept saying it wasn't worth what he paid for it, and acted like he was going to leave N feedback if I did not refund some money. However I told him HE made the deal there were 18 photos of the crock and he knew of the damage as it was listed and shown. I am sure we had several words, he did not leave N feedback, he left positive saying he had nothing to say about the transaction, but because of what I left him, saying he would never have to worry about buying another thing from me, I know we had bad words or I would not have left that. I sell so much stuff it is hard to keep up with who buys what. But I know he is blocked. There are a lot of jerks on ebay who threatens sellers all the time now, because they know we cannot do anything much about them. I have filed a complaint thru my power seller manager, believe me you can ask nearly anyone up there about me turtle2403, I complain a lot and have for years, although it does absolutely nothing. NO ONE at ebay has EVER in 11 years done anything to help me or to solve a problem or remove someone. I have played by the rules the whole time, I know for a fact computers can do anything, they can remove fakes, or bad people by following items and feedback, but they say there are TOO BUSY and rely

on people to inform them. I say bull, they charge us out the behind, and then rely on US to keep them in business, they say they have done all these changes to help sellers get new buyers, I say if they are like the one who bought their first item from me ( a B&W TV tons of photos, he left me a N because he thought it was color, he paid $10 for it) they can have all their new sellers. This has caused several sellers I know to raise their feedback requirement to at least 25 or 50 before they allow buyers to buy from them. I have always hated to do this, but I am thinking seriously about it. The only problems I have is from new or fairly new buyers.

I am sorry I cannot do more for you because of what lithialab has done, but it has been months since I Have dealt with him and as you know ebay on deals with 30 days. You may post anything I have said, I do not have a problem with you, but when it comes to ebay, good luck, they have never been of any help to me




Just in case this naughty ebayer changes his user id, I want you to know who he is before shipping a good item to him. He is Joe Ch*****s from Lithia Springs, GA. 30122-1826. If you ship him something be prepeared to let him keep it, give him a refund, and still potentially face negative feedback. HE IS INSANE.
