ebay Customer support just reads off of cards Internet

Have been buying from Ebay for 15 years.  Recently started selling.  Listed 2 gift cards.  Apparently, u can only list one gift card at a time.  i was not aware.  i was told i was in violation and one listing was dropped.  the listing that was dropped was doing much much better than the remaining listing.  so i called to see if the other listing could be dropped instead.  customer service (including supervisor cindy #1-1508884426) basically consist of Asian sounding people that are reading off of a chart and if my question is not on a chart they say "ok we will send an inquiry in"  Useless customer service.  Unfair listing drop resulting in loss of profits for sellers.  does not seem right that they should get away with it, therefore reporting for other sellers' sake.
