Ebay NO FRAUD PREVENTION FOR CUSTOMERS NEW YORK, New York

Basically, ebay has low cost third party customer service located in india that will make your life a livign hell if you even try to reclaim some sort of right to your problems on ebay. I tried registering my company on ebay and to my surprise my identity had been stolen and the previous account made was canceled. When I made my account under my name, they said I was linked to a possible fraud on another.

When we got to the end of the matter, they said it was because I was under 18 years of age. NOT.  I am pretty well over my 20's and fully capable of doing legitimate business. These people have no english skills and at the most minuscule sign of you being appalled at an injustice done against you, these "indians" will acts as machines following a script and deny you from any right to reclaim a solution. They said "We're sorry but you cannot use ebay anymore, for buying OR selling".

I was like "really??". These guys didn't even bother to verify my information. These guys are nothing but low level dumpster class CSR's.  These guys have no english skills and treat americans with hatred, zero respect, and take advantage of you because they are all the way in india and guess what? So are all their supervisors.

When I finally spoke to a supervisor I said "at last, Relief!". Never farther from the truth! He was totally rude and ask me how! I was irate at this point because even this guy was not making anything possible to make my account proven right. All I did was try to sell a camera and my cellphone and automatically got denied services! I never received a negative feedback in the little i had doing business with ebay until they decided I was a "criminal".

I wish this would reach the right people and Obama would like, make it illegal to hire people over seas. Americans lack jobs and people over seas especially take advantage of not having to pay the consequences of acting like d****e bags over the phone, who am i going to report this to? The BBB? Guess what, laws dont apply to these a$$h*lSS.

Vote for employment within the US and not people who are partially retarded in understanding American needs and policies.
