Ebay.com doesn't respond to complaint and have no telephone customer service support, falling to their own demise forcing people to go to other auction sites San Jose California

I never had a problem bidding on auctions on Ebay up until my account was suspended with their accusation of how I falsified my registration information. It couldn't be further from the truth. If I had falsified information, then how would I be able to receive the items I bought on Ebay?

I have receipts to prove it. If Ebay would have verified my information (instead of making an accusation) like they are supposed to, they would know that I didn't put down false information.

They have no telephone customer service and they haven't responded to my emails. Any reputable business would have responded to complaints and work toward a solution instead of ignoring them. Now I am forced to take my business to other auction sites.

I had filed a report with the bbb. I already know what rip off report will say about the bbb. I thought it would be more things filed against ebay, as I am learning that ebay is being run by a bunch of crooks.

In addition, I have learned that Ebay suspends people's accounts for no reason and takes their money and run. This is just simply not a way an auction site should operate.

The only thing Ebay is doing is falling to their own demise. They are forcing people to go to other auction sites, and in the long run, I believe that ebay will end up going bankrupt just like Enron.
