eBay eBay restricted, blocked and suspended me San Jose California

eBay discarted my comments while breaking their own policy and has done everything to my account except what I wanted, and that was "close the account" I was a power seller and ebay top rated seller plus when I received a complaint from a buyer in mid January, this guy bought a coin from me in November, he received it, left POSITIVE feedback and that was that but near the end of january he complained to ebay that the item was"not as described" and this nearly 60 days after purchase, ebay policy is 14 days to return an item. 

after pleading with ebay that the item had been in the buyers possesion for 60 days and 2 more weeks of going through their buyer claim s**t, they gave the guy his money back around Feb 7th, after 70 days I received a fake coin back and ebay would not help me at all.  The buyer convinced 3 other buyers to leave negative feedback and one to send his item back because his item was "not as described" even though it was the item pictured and was confirmed by an encapusulated registration number and the exact item pictured, 2 others left negative feedback,but kept the coins they received. 

I brought this to the attention of ebay , but they notified me my account was RESTRICTED, when I called them to CLOSE my account they said they would not close the account.  I then received an email that my account was BLOCKED, I emailed them to find out why but heard nothing back until a few days later when they notified me my email the my account had been SUSPENDED, so I called them to CLOSE the account but the gentleman froma a 3rd world countryfinally told me "NO CAN CLOSE"

So I went from power seller, top rated plus seller to not being able to buy or sell on ebay permanently. THIS is how ebay treats their sellers with their "BUYERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT" with the catch all "NOT AS DESCRIBED"  even though my picture matches the picture of the item he received

Ebay has control of the online auction business, they treat people like dirt, they are money hungry greedy bunch of fools who don't follow their own polocy and believe me there are many polocies, there are even polocy on polocies.  Even though I can't buy or sell on ebay anymore, my account has been restricted, blocked and suspended, but ebay refuses to CLOSE my account, probably going to charge me for some idiot polocy.

I feel like I checked out, but can never leave !!!
