ebay's seller policies suck

Story.

I am a 100% feedback guy with over 65 positive and no negative or neutral feedbacks.

My sister has an ebay seller account. She sells her own used handbags, purses and wallets for ladies as auctions.

She has a positive feedback score too. Most of her listings are auction style. She sold a handbag on auction. The buyer had some remorse problem like anyone who sells on ebay must have come across some of these kind of buyers. The listing was like this.

A used handbag

Description said "Not sure if its real or copy so bid carefully"

The buyer reported to ebay that its a fake item and all her items are fake. My sister offered full refund when it was shipped back to her.

But ebay restricts her account on one call from a third class buyer who failed to read the description before bidding.

NOW HERES THE FUNNY PART ABOUT EBAY's STUPID POLICIES.

Since I used my ebay account on her PC many times and because we are related and have a same last name and sometimes same IP, ebay has RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT. When I call the they say "You have done nothing against ebay policies but since your sister uses the same PC we dont want to risk her selling using your ebay account"

I dont know what kind of monkey they have sitting writing stupid policies and making decisions for ebay. I am sorry did I forget to write monkey in capitals. My bad MONKEY.

When I ask them to let me talk to a manager or supervisor they say they are too busy and that I will get a call back within 24hrs which its been more than that. I called again and again.

If a good lawyer is reading this and thinks I have a case I am willing to talk to them.
