Ebay close the case in a week in resolution center and refunded the buyer, but have another law, buyer has an item and a money, why they cover the thief? 

04/01/2015 someone bought item on ebay for $128.50, but item was shipped 04/02/2015, it was stay in Trenton NJ for a while, we investigated it and we know the buyer investigate it too. I called to usps company to send it to the buyer. In 04/23/2015 buyer received the item. She doesn't want to return the item, or send the money. Hard talk to her. Ebay knows we shipped the item, we have a tracking number. She open the case in a week and after another week they closed the case and refunded her the money. 

Unfortunately ebay don't let us use credit card just paypal, wich belong to them. Overrule. Monopoly Company. we can't stay for yourself. Those company have to be separated or we can use credit cards.

Ebay had a bad reputation when we talk to other sellers. 

Also, somehow ebay holds our money about $2000 for a month and still holding money, why are they allowed to do that? They didn't pay interest, just hold the funs in their account. Do they hold the money from other sellers, yes I'm sure. Why?? What they going to buy, Government?? Is anybody check that company?? It was then they started but now it's very unpredictable company, they bought paypal already. Can anybody open another company but stay honest and close ebay. They didn’t take care of the sellers.

We are not happy with ebay anymore. We are trusted that company and now they took our money. The have money from sellers and paypal but not protected the sellers, they told us they protect just buyers. It's ridiculous.

We selling the items, buyers return it for no reason and we have to pay for it, ebay force us to do it, sending the return label. Do we have rights to talk to the buyer first? Oh no.

That monopoly company with overrules. No respect to ebay no more. Nobody help us with ebay.
