Ebt usa will take your money pak card and never give you the service...

The day i gave them the money i have never gotten the card..They advertise you can get alot of groceries for the month ect..

They are  fraud will make up a ton of lies that your card was lost ect...

Its been 12 days and nothing

The same thing happend to me..They are a ripp off ive been waiting 12 days too
