Ebuyer No Returns ripoff Chandler Arizona

In November 2005, I bought a Coby DVD player from Ebuyer. Upon receipt, I realized that it did not meet the specs I needed. I requested an RMA from them and this is their reply:

"Your RMA request has been declined due to the item purchased falling into the Consumer Electronics category. Some Consumer Electronic products are: TiVo, Home DVD players, Home and portable CD players, Headphones, Satellite Radio products, Video/Computer games, Gaming Joysticks, GPS products, Home Theater Systems, Kitchen items, and Vacuums, cannot be returned to Ebuyer. For further queries on C.E. products please contact Ebuyer U.S. Inc directly. The warranty on C.E. products is provided by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for any questions you may have concerning your product. This policy has been set by the manufacturers directly and Ebuyer must follow it. Our return policy is clearly stated on our Returns page at ebuyer.com. Please contact the manufacturer directly for further queries".

I called Coby who said that the above statement that Coby did not allow returns was false. I informed Ebuyer of this, told them I would never buy from them again, and informed them that I would give them a poor online review. They never replied.
