Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Ordered a text book, when we received the book there were over 10 pages missing, including activities!   Contacted ECampus through Amazon and I was told they could only refund the money no other copies.  Mailed book, have yet to receive a refund OR a response on when I can expect the refund. 

Anyone in college knows that there is daily reading in college.  I have purchased another book but buyer be aware.  There people get your money and send you out books that are NOT usable!
