ecampus.com A book company Rip Off!! Rude and Uncooperative Kentucky

 I sold a book to this Company. I got a check but it did not have my full name. 5 letters of my last name were missing. I called them and they assured me this will get fixed. Sends another check with the same mistake.

When I called them to ask them can they issue another check their response is. I'm sorry you're name must be unusually long and therefore cannot be inserted in to a cheque. A) My name is not unusally wrong B) Many people have written cheques and C) This mistake is made on the envelope cover which clearly does not have space issues!!!

This customer care agent's response is simply, I cant guarantee the check will be written right, it might go on and on. Ask the bank to contact Ecampus. So basically my bank wont be calling anyone and they know it. They have my money and book I sold to them.

So you want to earn money selling books. Please sell to reputed sellers and NOT to Ecampus. You might never see the daylights of out of your money. They're rude and unreasonable and apparently do not offer solutions.
