When my construction company got sued by an unreasonable customer my friend recommended Eckley & Associates. He had good success with them ten years ago so I just went with them. As it turns out, during the last ten years it seeems this Eckley clown has lost his marbles. After demanding a very large retainer he completely screwed up my defense.

My new attorney says my case should have been a layup and quickly settled for nominal $ but Eckley wanted to milk me for every dollar he could bill. To make matters worse, after unnecesssarly going to trial, he lost the case. He was completely unprepared and discombobulated.
