Eclipse Local Evan Schroeder, Ripped off $1250, fake internet services Boise, Idaho

I put an ad on Craigslist for a developer to build a website and phone app for me and this guy responded. He showed me some great work and talked a very convincing game. He asked for half the money up front, which is a policy I use with new clients myself, so I didn't think twice, unfortunately. He started stalling and lying after a week or so, and never produced a single file or line of code.

Three weeks in, I tracked down the studio which had actually produced the work and of course, they had never heard of Evan Shroeder. They had heard of Andrew Chu (I had checked Ripoff Report by now). Turns out he's a shady character, has been yanking people around for years. I'm reporting this to the State Attorney general, and I'll try filing a polie report here and in Boise. I can't find an address for this guy, but i'll keep looking.
