eclubdepot.com Illegally took money out of my account! How did they get my info? Internet

This company is a big scam! They illegally wrote themselves a check for 99.00 and I had never even heard of the company or been to their website!

When I went to my bank to see how this happened, they contacted the company and they told my banker that they would refund the money and it would take 14 days for this to happen. After 14 days was over and I still didnt have my money I contacted them and they said it would take 21 days to refund my money.  Well after 21 days was over and I still didnt have my money I tried to contact them again and they somehow blocked my phone number. When I would call it said the number was out of service. After checking the number several times I called from my cell number and it went right through. They told me they had submitted a deposit in my account for 99.00 and that was a total lie!! I still dont have my money a month later!

This company needs to be shut down! Why isnt anyone investigating this company? I think I will contact the Better Business Bureau for this.
