ECM EAST COAST MECHANICAL INC JOSE RAMIREZ OWNER i purchase a worthless service contract from this crooks for my home in wewllington florida and got ripoff for $ 1.145.94 Internet

i had a service contract with service america for 11years since my house was build,but i was not happy beacuse they were always late and didnt fix anything ,my yearly contract was $744.48  one day i was contacted  by lindsay reagan ,a new contract sales agent  from ecm.and offer me this wonderful plan and asure me that every thing would be cover but it was more money than  service america because they always show up on time and they either fix  the appliances or replace them.. i paid the a total of $1.145.94 for the  policy ,a total of $401.46 more than i was paying service america. but i figured whats $401.46 when i can get better service wright?....wrong! .....she asure me that i would have inmediate coverage as soon as they got paid..
i purchased this service contract and a month and half later one of my a/c units broke down, i called them and they came out to inspect  and gave me the good news.. a/c not covered , because it was a pre-existing problem.. so i said wait a minute ....if this problem was there before don't you think i would have stayed with service america?.and save $401.46 ?
 how ever i paid them $5.219.00  invoice # 4985 for my  5 ton a/c unit that covers the center of the house. 8 months later the a/c unit that covers the south side of the hosue also quit , so i called them and came out to tell me that i would have to wait until next year to have any kind of coverage.. at this time  i said thats imposible , so what do i get for $1.145.94 .. the sales man Sylvio didn't know what to say. and gave me a price of $6.177 invoice # 12551 for a 2ton unit
the next day i called ecm and can never get to speak to the owner jose ramirez instead i got to speak to his wonderfull sister maria and her famous words were .(did you read the fine print?)...oh my god what a joke i wrote  them three times and sent registered  letters and one time i sent copies of the package with one of theyr associates and was hand delivered  wich i prefer not to mention his name, also i cancelled policy and ask for refund and again never heard from them..
i shoped around this time for my second a/c unit and found other companys were about 35 to 45 percent cheaper and thats comparing apples to apples , same name brand and model # i ended up geting it for $2.750 from aztil inv # 66719 i actually   save $3.427.dollars
i told them i was going to report them to the better business bureau , wich i will do next....please be aware this guys are profesionals and trained very well. dont let this happen to you..
