ECM Worldwide Thomas Thompson ECM Worldwide/ Thomas Thompson sent me a 20 year old damaged electronic control module. Mr. Thompson has refused to replace the part or offer a refund and has accused the mechanic and myself of destroying the part. The mechanic spoke by phone with Tom Thompson the minute it did not work and received nothing but accusations. Trion Georgia

Do NOT buy from or contact ECM Worldwide! I requested an ECM (electronic control module) in early Nov. It was sent to a wrong address and returned to ECM. I then spent 3 weeks calling, to the point of pleading with Tom Thompson, to mail it to me. It arrived, a certified mechanic opened the box and installed the part. I was in an adjacent waiting room. When he turned the key there was nothing. I immediately called Tom Thompson and put him on the phone with the mechanic. Mr. Thompson proceeded to blame the mechanic for damaging his unit. The mechanic reinstalled my old unit (my ECM has a hiccup, but does run) and I drove to the post office. I mailed the part to Mr. Thompson. In the 30 days since then and dozens of emails and phone calls- Tom Thompson has refused to send another unit and refused to refund my money. Tom Thompson has used the terms MORON, greedy, underhanded and continually blames the mechanic (telling me to take the mechanic or Mr. Thompson to small claims court) and myself with hurtful comments. I am a 65 year old verteran and do not understand the meanness of this person.

Mr. Thompson,
I have contacted other victims that filed reports about you. If I may quote one- "He is a horrible person!" Across the board, it seems you practice defamation of character against anyone that makes a complaint.
I will not waste the space providing multiple corrections to your latest rebuttal. Your unethical method of communucation to resolve an issue is proof to any and all consumers to consider another vendor.

I sent Dave a rare computer that no one else has anymore of and mine was in perfect condition. He refused to allow me to rebuild it and give him our standard LIFETIME WARRANTY. Whatever happened to the computer it was sent back burned out. It was not shipped burned out it happened while dave had it so this voids any companies Warranty. But he is lucky I gave it to him for just $100 so it was AS IS... He just lost $100 and dave lives in a $1.7 million dollar home he owns. I'm sure dave can take the loss. Just a not he also stated I shipped hmi out a 20 year old computer. Well yes that is because he owns a 20 year old car. These computers have to match so this was the right match for his car. They don't make them anymore and the dealership doesn't have anymore. He gave a bad address so it was shipped to his old address thats not my fault also. He stated the computer was rusty hmmm Thats interesting. This computer is in a Black PLastic Box I have never seen plastic rust have you? Again dealing with false information from Dave. As i have said if I felt this was a customer who deserved a special break I could have taken the $100 out of my pocket and given him a refund but he has lied from the first minute. He told me he was a disabled vet and he was poor. So he couldn't afford a rebuilt computer for more money. After he started to scam me I got cusious who he was and I looked up the address he had me ship this unit to and it turned out he was the owner of a $1.7 million dollar home. Now I felt like I had been taken. I will never give this liar scammer a dime back. I hope everyone knows what kind of man David B. Crozier of Marina California he seems to have a few homes. Hes not broke and I can't find out if he is a disabled vet or not but he scammed me with that story. Hes not getting a dime from me.

Mr. Thomas Thompson of World ECM continues to make false acussations, fabricates stories to his favor and sends insults to this consumer. He is on the web as a scammer. I am one of many victims. Beware. I sent money but have no computer or a refund. Thompson made sure the time exceeded PayPals 45 days to submit a claim. So I have no recourse, no part and no money.

I have caught David Crozier in several dishonest statements...
First off he sent me the wrong shipping address so I had to wait till it was returned. Then he made a address change. That was also his fault and he lied about this part also.
I felt sorry for Dave he pulled at my heart strings with his story of being a disabled vet... My family members also served in Korea & Viet Nam making great personal sacrifices... He made it sound like he was some poor guy who was broke and driving a old car.. I looked up his home address tonight it turns out his home's market value is over a million dollars.
Long story short he calls and says the computer didn't work so I said I need to see it ship it back..
Just as I suspected it's burned out so bad it stinks the smell is so bad I had to put it in a large zip lock bag and put it outside... He claims it was not working when he got it... That’s strange I disassembled the unit and inspected it and it was a nice clean unit.. Now it has a huge black burn mark and a terrible smell..
When I tell Dave about what I found he claims it had no smell and it just didn't work.. Long story short some how he burned it out.. Warranty Voided.. Now hes here making up false claims..
hes a Scammer ..
Sorry Dave you burned it no refund and no replacement.
Lie if you want it's not going to change the facts you burned it out..
