EcoFusion Flooring Wrong Color. Doesn't Matter to EcoFusion Flooring. City of Industry California

Our home building company purchased over $10,000 of woven bamboo floors directly from EcoFusion Flooring.  Included in the purchase was nearly $1,000 of stair nosing.  EcoFusion sent us the correct color of floor boards but all of the stair nosing was the wrong color, even though they had hand labeled every box saying it was the correct color match. 

Seems like a simple thing to correct. We did not ask for a refund or free stair nosing.  We simply asked to exchange out the nearly $1,000 of stair nosing for the correct color and have their company pay for the shipping costs.  Their company refused to help us out because it was pass their 30 day return policy.  I told them that we hadn't even opend up the boxes until the last couple of days and all of the stair nosing is in its original boxes. 

Their company refuses to do the right thing and chooses to hide behind policy.  If they were an ethical company they would have taken care of the customer because they are the ones who shipped the wrong color and mislabeled boxes.  Do Not Do Business with EcoFusion Flooring.  They are a dishonest company who does not stand behind their product.
