This is to  report E commerce Positioning  or Advance Marketing of promising  people who are just trying  to have other earnings  through this  website businesses ,that they are  going to market your website and place it on the top 5 search engine with a 100% money back guaranty, but never was true to their word when you ask them to return our money back or at least 75% of it, since your website is no where on the top 10 at least .

They keep on talking of a lot of excuses about key words they created for you and  even try to get more money from you if you give give in to their rationales that your website needs to be modified or whatever. Hope this company will be investigated at least by better BBB or Attorney General of Washington and other  states from where a lot of people were ripped off, like here in California.  I will still need to report this to California Attorney General.
