Econo air A/C 3101 Enterprise St Brea, CA 92821 Company ripped us off of 16,000 dollars. Never fulfilled contract, dishonest, and never showed up when they said they would. House is @ a constant 80 degrees never cools off. Anaheim, California

This company promised that they would install an ac, heater, and tankless water heater. The A/C and heater was supposed to be installed in the roof but they installed the system where they wanted to. They said there was no kind of unit that would fit up in the roof. 



We have had many contractors since who have stated that Econo Air did a poor job and said that they lied to us about what could be installed. The city refused to sign off on the tankless water heater stating that it was not up to code. Econo air actually told us not to worry about it until we move or pay for extra charges that they as contractors should have known how to write an estimate. 



In additin, we have had three A/C's installed in our other properties at a fraction of what Econo Air installed and never had a problem with them at all. At least 10,000 cheaper than Econo air.



 Last visit from Econo air the supervisor said that the city signed off on the Heater. We called in front of the supervisor and the city said they never signed off proving the supervisor and owner were lying about the service. 



The clause in the contract stated if we were not satisfied that all equipment would be removed. Econo air went back on their word. If they are going to rebut this they lied to BBB with the last word. There are many unsatisfied customers but Econo air states differently. It is not true.
