ECOT ripoff fraudulent billing and dishonest Columbus Ohio

ecot: an in the home electronic school system supposingly providing a number for the internet that will not cost you the parents of a student trying to get an education. when in fact they rip you off by telling you when you get your phone bill that they can't reimburse you on your phone bill because it's your word against theirs on what calls were dialed up on the internet number they provided.

it takes a court order to get the files from our phone service provider that can tell what calls were made on the number ecot provided. ecot says that their system cannot provide those numbers. yet at one time they told me they could provide those numbers. we were stuck with a phone bill over $740.00. my husband is a plumber that works very hard for his money.
