ecowhides LIED AND TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY Aventura Florida

One week went by after placing an order with ecowhides. Was checking for updates on shipment everyday as their site labeled my purchase as shipped and attached a tracking link with FEDEX. Nothing would come up when I clicked onto the tracking number so I called ecowhides who told me not to worry-sometimes it takes a couple of days and often FEDEX will have the item but the tracking system wont be working or updated. Maybe try calling FEDEX in a couiple of days. When I called FEDEX they searched every way possible to find the shipment-nothing. I called ecowhides back. KEA  put me on hold and came back on the line to tell me the shipment received a label and was waiting in the warehouse to be picked up by FEDEX-thus the reason FEDEX couldnt track it yet-to check the tracking in a couple  more days-that it was surely going to show up. Two days later still NOTHING. I called ecowhides back and when I expressed that I couldnt believe FEDEX hadnt come to their establishment for pick ups yet I  was hung up on. I called them back again right away  and got a girl named Janice  who promised a manager would call me back when they could. I then responded that 'when they could' wasnt good enough that a call back was EXPECTED due to the circumstance by the end of the day. Almost the entire day went by and nothing-so I contacted paypal and filed a claim. Paypal sent my message to ecowhides through their resolution center  and a manager named Charmaine emailed me to apologize. She then told me in the email that she found out that while my shipment was being processed that the shipment manager decided to not send the cowhide but instead to wait for another week for a new shipment of cowhides to come from Brazil so he could pick the first one for me.That I should wait a little longer and thanked me for my patience and understanding. I couldnt believe it. I sent another email through paypal resolution to ask then if this is what was truly happening I would need to know what day the shipment would arrive at their warehouse and when to expect my shipment. That was the last i heard from ecowhides. Mind you- nothing of the sort was ever documented on my account and purchase history regarding reworking my order-infact it showed paid  shipped and completed in my purchase history on their site. Thank goodness for PAYPAL-

While this was going on I dug into the internet to see if complaints were filed on this company and much to my surprise-there were and they were all sounding like what I was being put through. After 24 hours and still no response from ecowhides I escalated my claim with PAYPAL fior their investigation. I cant thank PAYPAL enough for getting my money back in FULL!! I feel for anyone who is going through this- I WARN anyone inquiring about ecowhides- THE LIE SCAM and STEAL-DO NOT buy from them-please!!! Their site looks so easy and legit and trustworthy-but its NOT-really-its NOT!!! They even have bad reports made to them on BBB and they are NOT BBB afiliated. FAST? shipment- How about NO shipment! I am sure there are many many people that they have done similar to that just dont report -I am here to SPEAK because everyone needs to know and be warned.
