I took the class online passed it said proceed to choose how i wanted my certificate i chose wallet and it said i would receive a wall size for free. I paid my dues downloaded the certificate to print then it stated i could not open the file. I emacompanye company no response then i called the company no response they said to email thwm in witch i did several times still no reaponse. I would like my certificate or a refund. Its not fair i paid for it and can not get it.
