ECR, Inc. ECR NAPLES FL SCAM MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION SCAM-TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET IT BACK Naples, , Florida

On labor day of this year, September 5th, 2011, I got a knock at the door and when I answered it was a young African-American guy who was selling magazine subscriptions. To be honest, I wasn't listening to the reason why he was doing this, something about he needed points and he would win a trip. If I'm not mistaken, It's the same guy that other people on here have complained about, Jay. He put on a good show, and I ended up writing a check for 61 for a taste of home magazine subscription.

After he left, I didn't feel right. So I did exactly what it said to do in order to cancel your order. I even received a letter in the mail on the 12th of September. It was titled "Speed Letter". The letter stated that the company needed a copy of the check that was deposited as proof that it was made out to them. So, I printed out the check from my bank account online, and faxed it to them. I made SURE that the fax went through, and it did. By the way, I sent this fax on the 21st of September. I was a little late checking my mail.

Anywho, the fax went through for sure. And here we are, almost a month later. No refund and no magazines. I call the company and it's the usual, either you stay on hold for an hour and then it hangs up on you, or the recording tells you that all of their salespeople are busy with customers. If you call early, you MAY get lucky and speak to someone who will feed you complete BS. THIS IS A SCAM PEOPLE. Do not trust them and tell them to leave your doorstep or you will notify the authorities. Don't be afraid of the pushy sales pitch, its your house/property, tell them to GET GONE. The funny part about this is, they think they are going to continue to get away with this. My professor is the assistant district attourney and I will be speaking with him about this tomorrow and how to go about handling it. I don't care how long it takes, I WILL get to the bottom of this. I don't care if I have to file a lawsuit, I will. BE AWARE OF THE LOW-LIFE SCUM TAKING PART IN THIS SCAM!!!!!
