Jerry Roth Chevrolet Lonetree Colorado - Ed Bozarth, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, Fraudulent billing practices
*UPDATE Employee: The rest of the story
We purchased our vehicle from Jerry Roth Chevrolet in 2000. At time of purchase we received coupons that are GM Service Coupons and do not make reference to Jerry Roth. Jerry Roth was recently purchased by Ed Bozarth. We took our vehicle in for a 15,000 mile service and told them we had a free coupon. When picking up the vehicle they refused to honor it and wanted to charge $260.
I refused to pay and they would not offer any advice on how to resolve. I took my truck and now they are trying to press charges over $260 service charges on a $30,000 vehicle. We own 3 Chevy's but this may be the last if this is not resolved immediately.

When the solomons dropped off there vehicle they said they had some general motors coupons which they did not have with them.
They then signed the repair order which had the repair cost clearly printed on it and they were informed to bring the coupons with them to pick up the vehicle.
They then brought in some photocopied coupons from the previous owner of the dealership which went out of business.
We had clearly posted in five locations on the service drive that we di not accept Jerry Roth coupons or photcopied coupons. We also showed Mr Solomon where they had signed and authorized for the amount of the repairs.
Mr Solomon also contacted The Tom Martino troubleshooter who found our company was not at fault. Ed Bozarth Chevrolet only charged Them for the work authorized by them
