Look I am tired of the BS that goes on at the sheriffs office I was a deputy there for almost 4 years. I worked there on 2 seperate occasions. I was fired the first time for spending the night at my girlfriends house, and resinged the second time after the soldier was killed. I was so ashamed to work there after he found the body with divining rods BS. I could never understand why on the polygraph test i took one of the questions was do u believe in god. what does that have to do with being a law enforcement officer, and if i would have left my loaded gun in a public bathroom i would have been fired johnny on the spot.

I have been in the military and have been a law enforcement officer in onslow county. I plan on running for Sheriff in the next election. Take religion out of the work place. If u believe in god that is aswome. I believe in god but remember this is 2011 not 1960. I think things need to change and i am going to change them.

my email is himesscott@yahoo.com please feel free to send an email and tell me what u think

First, you cannot spell very well. This will eliminate you from ever being allowed to file any reports.

Second, what soldier? LCPL Maria Lauterbach was a MARINE, not a soldier. Anybody actually in Onslow County knows the difference.

I cannot even remember the last time Ed Brown carried a firearm in uniform. The only thing that counts is that he does his job.

Ever wonder why he keeps winning reelection? I don't.

If this is a real report, I'm not "getting" what the rip off is. And what are you talking about where you refer to a soldier that was killed and a dead body found by divining rods?

If you ARE  elected sherriff I will make sure to stay far away from your county.
