Edd Rogers Automotive Completely deceptive in every way , McMinville,Tennessee

We went to this dealership a few years back and were looking for a low cost family car due to small amount of available funds. We got shafted in every way possible, as first time vehicle buyers I guess they saw us coming. What's the worst part, we explained we needed something reliable with a/c because my wife was pregnant with our second child. well they took us into their service area to look at a "fresh trade" that they assured us was a great car, a 1993 Saturn SL2, I thought it was a nice looking vehicle, the speedometer wasnt working though so they offered $100 toward the repair. fine i can handle that. got that fixed no prob. but then within a week the a/c went out, they fixed that, but in the first yr of ownership i had the a/c completely replaced 4 or 5 times. also I had to replace the harmonic balancer, water pump, brakes, ecm, and then the transmission started failing. I put more money into the repairs of this vehicle then i did in originally purchasing. on top of that, they told us we were financed at 14% and when I went to pay off my loan I found out it was actually at 21%!!!!!! we tried to return the vehicle so we could get something different and even spoke to mr edd rogers himself who said he'd be happy to take it on trade and offered about 1/4th of what I had originally paid two weeks after we got the car. My advice let YOUR mechanic tell you if the car is good or not, DONT TRUST THEM! aside from all this when paperwork was being done, they forced us to sign an odometer statement even though the odometer reading was WRONG and they KNEW IT!!! also and yes i guess we should have known better but they had us sign pages they had left blank saying they were going to fill it in and it was to save time in the processing. this made my first time car buying experience a nightmare. Mr. Edd Rogers, I hope you read this, I'm sure you wouldnt remember....but heck you should have let me trade for another vehicle of equal value. would have saved your service dept money in the long run and would have resulted in a happy customer. I knew within the first week and the answer I got was too bad. not nice...I would rather of gotten another vehicle of same value than to go through all the mess that car put me through. I hope you can rest easy knowing the car sold as dependable transportation for a family with a pregnant mother left us stranded multiple times.
