Eddy, AKA Lori, Claims to be from Viacom Scam Artist Claims to be Voice Casting Director for Viacom and Nickelodeon new york New York

Today a man asked me for directions to Koreatown, heard my voice and told me that he was actually a casting director that would like to cast me as the voice for a new cartoon character on Nickelodeon. 
He said his name is Eddy and He tried to convince me he used to be on the Cosby show but I couldn't Google him due to the sexual assault scandals, Bill's people took down everything. 
Then he tried to convince me to walk to an ATM with him to put down $380 for recording my vocals before beginning work as a cartoon voice character for $195/hr. 
He even went as far to dial the number to Viacom and held a "phone conversation" with someone about how he wanted to sign me, and if they could arrange free Broadway show tickets for me.
Then, said he would be fine settling for $60 up front, cause it's okay, he has money. 

When I asked to see his card again, which was very old and tattered, It said the name "Lori." 

He actually appeared very charming and professional, as other reports on this website indicated about him. Another user posted this photo and he looks very similar to the man that met me today, http://m.imdb.com/name/nm0249921/ , except the man i met looked like an older version of the person in this picture. 

This man is still doing this scam as it just happened to me today, June 6, 2015 , so please be careful as it seems he hasn't been stopped yet.
