i did not agree to 159.39 fee i was charged by this company. i also contacted them and said i wanted my money back and when they sent the card in mail i sent it back asking for my money to be refunded i also contacted my bank and will file a fraudulant claim this is not right

I can only tell you to feel out a fraud complaint form with your local police dept then fax or mail a copy to our office. The person in charge of Fraud and Compliances will receive it and try to assist you on getting a refund. I know they have sucessfully helped others in that department.
