Edge Solutions Incorporated rip-off! They never paid the debt as they were instructed to do. Coram New York

After coming to my wits end with credit card debts
I contacted "Edge Solutions". They helped me when
other credit consolidation companies wouldn't. They had said to send them a copy of all the credit card debts I had, and they would set me up on a low monthly payment plan which would be directly taken out of my personal checking account.

Today I learned (a year after the fact) that the money that they've been taking out of my account has not been used toward ANY of my debts what so ever.

The money that they took went directly into another banking account which they ("Edge Solutions") set up for the creditors to take the monthly payment.

(That was agreed upon between them, "Edge Solutions" and my debtors.) I do recieve a monthly statement from this bank. Which shows a $40.00 payment that gets taken out every month.

I was told by them ("Edge Solutions") to disregard
the monthly statements I received from my debtors, and to NOT pay my debtors if they called, and to direct them to the "Edge Solutions" phone number that was provided, along with my identification number that "Edge Solutions" had given my file.

I did as I was asked, I paid them honestly and on
time every month, and they didn't follow through
with the promise they had agreed upon during our
phone conversation and the paperwork I signed.

Now with my credit in the dirt, I don't know what
to do. And I really want to know where my money
has gone!!
