Edibles Incredible Desserts Extremely Disorganized and Too Much "Office Politics" Reston Virginia

If you’re looking for a place where working hard is rewarded this isn’t it. Edibles Incredibles is EXTREMELY disorganized and full of “office politics”. As a delivery driver you are setup to fail and they will stop giving you deliveries based on the "suggestion" of any of the evil, conniving, manipulative sales or assistant office workers. Some of the office workers the delivery drivers have to deal with are divas that think they're a lot more than they actually are and have zero leadership skills. Delivering dozens and dozens and dozens of fragile pastries is not easy. If one cake out of dozens and dozens and dozens that were delivered needs to be repaired that isn't the end of the world. The cake gets repaired and still delivered in more than enough time. No harm. No foul.

From all the reviews on Yelp, Google and elsewhere it seems like there are a lot of unsatisfied customers and a super high turnover rate of employees at Edibles Incredible Desserts. Little, arrogant office workers with big job titles such as "Executive Assistant" rudely barking orders and making a bunch of unreasonable demands does not make for a happy productive work environment. The arrogant assistant that has NOTHING to be arrogant about that's running off good help won't be there once her mask slips and the owners see her for the incompetent, phony, lying, lazy, conniving, entitled parasite that she is.

The owners Robyn and Alan need to careful about giving a lot of trust and power to the assistants they hire at the office.  Some of them are not quite what they appear to be. Even salt looks like sugar.  I recommend the owners read "Snakes in Suits: When Psychopaths Go to Work" by Robert D. Hare.  Also think about hiring a weekend delivery driver leader preferably a male to direct the delivery drivers on weekends. Arrogant, diva "Executive Assistants" that think they are the cat's meow don't make the best leaders.
