Their Resume Rabbit web product promises to distribute your resume to many web sites so that you don't need to do it.

It does not claim to provide the capability to update or delete your resume, but it does assure you that you can maintain all of those individual web site versions yourself.

This is absolutely false. I was unable to sign on to some web sites using the information they provided me. In addition, they distorted some of my data on some web sites.

As a result, a faulty version of my personal information is widely distributed on the web and, in many cases, I can do nothing about it.

The cost was only $59.95, but it cost me a whole lot more than that in the time it has taken to fix only some of the problems. I may never be able to correct all the problems. And I don't know what I will do when I need to remove the resumes.

While we at ResumeRabbit.com are sorry that Marylin from Northbrook had a problem and hope to have the opportunity to address it with her directly, we wholeheartedly find her negative comments to be untrue.

A search of our customer database for someone with the name Marylin in Northbrook Illinois resulted in no matches so we have no way of contacting her based on this claim

Our policy is to put a customers satisfaction with our service above all else. If there were any truth to her comments, our customer service department is very responsive and would have been happy to investigate and help with any problem that may have arisen.

ResumeRabbit.com will instantly post a jobseekers resume on up to 100 different career sites. The jobseeker fills out one ResumeRabbit.com form, and we in turn take that information and fill out the web forms of up to 100 different career sites for the jobseekers.

Once the jobseekers resume and information is posted on a career site, most of those sites send a confirmation email to jobseeker with their username and password. As an additional service to our customers, we also provide a personalized web page where our customers can see a list of the sites they were posted on as well as the username and password for most of the sites. (Some are sent only by email to the jobseeker). We even offer a "quick link" for many of the sites on that report, that when clicked will automatically log the customer into each site.

We spend a great deal of energy on continual testing and quality assurance to make sure that all information is posted as requested by our customers.

That being said I don't dismiss the possibility of error as no matter how hard we try we don't expect to be perfect. And if someone can show us that there was an error, it's not beyond us to do everything we can to correct the mistake and/or give a refund.

We make it simple to contact us and open a customer service ticket on our website which are regularly responded to within 24 hours. We also offer live help on our website.

Again, based upon our available information, policy's and procedures we find Marylin's statements to be contrary to how our systems work and untrue. We can't even find a customer named Marylin from Northbrook in our database.

If however Marylin should choose to contact us and provide us with more information we would really appreciate it and would be happy to immediately rectify the situation or do our best to make some kind of fair accommodation to make her happy, whether there was a mistake on our part or not - as we do with all of our customers.
