This company has taken $159.95 out of my account, with out permission, and when I called to talk to these people, it took forever first of all to finally get through and then when I talked to one of their represenators I was told I had three days for a refund, How can I ask for a refund for some thing I dont even know I applied for? this girl Jazmine gave me her extension to call her back for any questions, I called her right after we got off the phone to request a copy of my applications, she never called me back or responded to my emails,

Their live chat and operator does not work, its all a scam, im still in the process of trying to get my refund!! and will go to the extreme to make sure I get my money back!! just be aware of what you do so you dont get caught up in this scam!!

another represenator, Dani Davis tried to help me, when I asked her if she can email or fax me a copy of proof i applied for their card she told me she would not be able to do that because it contains personal information, but then they took all of my personal information off of the internet? thats sounds like bull s**t, and when I asked her if I could talk to her supervisor, She told me that their wasnt a supervisor available but she'd take my name down and have a supervisor call me when available and when i asked her how long would it take for the supervisor to call me, Dani's respond was I cant give you a time on it, it depends on the supervisor, so either way She wasnt trying to help me, Dani also said that my only option was to cancel the prepaid card but I wouldnt be able to get a refund!! does that sound satisfying?

why would any one want to purchase this from this company? I adivise all people to not get any thing from this company!!
