I was using this organization for 8 years in regard to homeschooling my children. What they do is assist Christian Parents with access to resources to help the parents homeshool their children. One of the resources that they access is public (tax payers) money. Every year I would hand in my reciepts for certain education cost that I incurred faithfully early and would reveive a cheque renumerating me for these costs. I would be rare that I would access all the money that was avaiable to me. This past year I handed in my receipts a few days late and they told me they would not renumerate me. You have to remember that this is public money that they are withholding.
Their web site says that the left over money would be donated to a Christian school. Now if I didn't submit my receipts, I wouldn't have a problem with that, but I did submit them. Therefore they are withholding money that was intended by the government for homeschoolers. I attempted to contact them through email, mail, facebook messanger and telephone. Their response to me was not response, blocking me from their face book and when I phoned they just put the phone down and stopped talking to me whenn I revealed who I was. I have never been treated like this from the worst of businesses I've dealt with. I was shocked.

So you couldn't respond to me over email, mail, facebook or phone, but it finally came to resonding to me in front of the public. Good job.
I would like to point out that I sent my information at the end of June. He stated that there are clearly defined dates on the website, however I had to dig all over the place to find this clearly defined date. I finally found something on a news letter stating they had to be there in June. Not so clearly defined. I recieved them back with the response that they will not renumerate me on the 15th of July.
Another interesting fact about the school year. For the students it ends at the end of June, but the fiscal year does not end until the end of August.
Plus, my past record of always getting everything in early, then this organization doesn't even respond to me after that until I put them on Ripoff.com Seems like this guy has something to answer for.
You need to change you business practice pal. Your organization is all ready to recieve new clients and push what great Christian Values you have, but it just turns out that like most organizations like yours you talk the talk without walking the walk.
That's public money your dealing with.

Deadline missed by over a month

We have always had clearly defined and articulated deadlines for submission of claims.
Unfortunately, this claim was received over a month past the deadline, long after both the books and the office were closed at the end of the school year. Re-registering parents are free to resubmit late claims for reimbursement in the following academic year. Money not spent by parents within any school year is simply absorbed by the sponsoring school.
