The situation in regards to the report I had written in regards to Educational Credit Management Corporation report #737158 was finally resolved in a more fair terms. So therefor I am concluding that the issue with ECMC is in a more compromisable resolution that I am satisfied with. However, as to my whole experience with ECMC I steel feel that fairness was not their first priority as a debt collector I feel any such abusive methods is a criminal act and should therefor be regulated. The company still needs to be in compliance with FDCPA and FSA ruels and regulations just as much as the people that are in default that owes the creditor. It needs to work both ways a compromise that does not hinder the rights of the debtor is very vital!
