Everything you have read about Mark Wolff is accurate. He lies & manipulates information to play one against the other & then collects & doesn't pay.He does what he wants & treats clients as if they are the delinquents when they don't agree with his methods! Arranging a payment option with post dated checks is not collected funds & then keeps your money so he gets his fees up front & all you're holding are promissory notes for the next 2 and 1/2 years! He's not working in this area any time soon, He cut his own throat in my industry! He'll be reported to everyone in my networks & all of his professional organizations will hear about his deceptive practices!

If you check the BBB Edward Wolff and Associates is not accredited at all. It's also filed under a false category "debt collection attorneys" considering there is NO ONE in that office that is an attorney, Mark does NOT have anyone on his payroll that is an attorney, no one is even a paralegal. You have 2 collectors, Ulysses Garcia and Sue Workman. His WIFE is the "office manager", and a handful of guys (never more than 2-4) that sit on the phone systems and use a dialer to call businesses and read off a pre-typed pitch. 

It's all a misconception, posing as a "law firm" (even saying in the call that they are "calling on a private legal matter") to talk to CEOs/CFOs/Controllers/etc taking advantage of the whole "perception is reality" to get clients to sign up with their services. 

You will be quoted one rate and then when the money is collected, if you ever see any money at all, it will be all of a sudden changed to 50% or worse!!
