Edwards Construction Services Shoddy Work, Low quality Materials! Internet

 To whom it may concern;

I am the owner of Edward's Construction Services and am in disagreement with the Rip off report. The fact the author has not come forward identifing them self, no specific job title at best we should have had the ability to make any corrections necessary to complete the project. We have never walked away from a project untill all contracted work was completed. Furthermore a project that would require inspections would have a record at the local building department indicating if there were any issues at which point inspections were completed and the results of inspections are public record. Furthermore I am sure as a contractor if we did not complete the project we would not have been paid, which would come quickly to light and I would want closer to receive final payment. I always leave at least 50% of the balance with homeowner untill all contracted work has been completed that leaves the homeowner recourse to make sure the project is completed correctly. If another contractor was brought in to complete the project and redo work which i did not complete correctly, would there not be recourse through the courts to get resolve, I know I would want restituation if I were the individual who was not happy with a project. Edward's has always given a 10 year workmanship warranty, that in its self would show the average homeowner we stand behind our work.
