Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I was interested in an item that was priced way below market value on I tried to reach out to the seller to discuss the item over the phone and instead of calling (or providing a call back number) they provided very generic answers to some of my questions. When I showed additional interest they sent an e-mail stating that I had to buy the item through They provided a stock number to complete the transaction. At this point I was suspicious so I looked up the website in google and didn't find anything bad (but there weren't many results at all so that seemed sketchy). I went ahead and followed the weblink and entered the stock number. The site claims to be an escrow service that holds the physical item AND the buyers money until both parties are satisifed. It also claims to provide a 10 day trial period for boats and cars with a "small downpayment". The item I was looking for pulled up instantly on the site using the stock number and had a "complete transaction" button. I clicked the button and had to fill out a form to continue (name, e-mail, physical mailing address). I recieved an e-mail the next day with details on how to complete the sale. I needed to send a moneygram to an individual as a "down payment" and not to the business. This seemed VERY sketchy so I looked the website up on a reverse lookup service. It said the site was operated out of Russia and had only been online for 2 days!!!! Yeah, so at that point I created a RipOffReport login and created this report. Good Luck...and let me know if you had a similar experience!

Sure seems to be a scam

AUTHOR: Just a guy - ()

I was asking the same company, if you want to call them one, about a boat I was interested in. I had pretty much the same kind of responses as the OP, but when I pressed them during an on-line chat for an address to come and see the boat, they magically sold it just then. I said, have fun with your scam company and that I would be letting all my friends know about them to stay clear.

This is when it got really good, the on-line "help", David, started to say that they would ruin me and associate my name with all kinds of XXX web sites and such. I just told them to have fun with that and ended the conversation. I hit the submit for transcript button of the conversation, but I guess they blocked it from coming to me. Oh and I have been banned as well.

Please be careful not to get scammed by these people. Take care all.
