I ordered a mirror through their website, it was stated on the page that shipping would take 1-2 weeks. After the end of the second week, I called for status. I was told the mirror would ship within 48 hours.

At the end of another week, I called again to check status and was told the mirror had not shipped. I cancelled the order.

After yet another week, I checked my Paypal account to verify that I had been credited for the transaction and noticed that I had not. I called again and was told they had recently received notification from the manufacturer that I could receive a credit and that processing that credit would take an additional 7-10 business days.

I waited another week and filed a claim with Paypal. Finally, the following week I received the credit. This entire process lasted from November 10 to December 18.

Additional issues with this company include long wait times on the phone, sometimes in excess of 30 minutes. I was treated rudely when I asked to speak with a manager and the customer service rep said she was a manager.

This is my first report on ripoffreport.com, I have always been able to resolve my issues with communication. However, I felt this company had no intention of refunding my money, I'm very thankful I used Paypal and through their intervention, I got my refund.
