Efavormart not willing to stand by their products Internet
I ordered a cup cake stand When it arrived, 2 of the 6 plates were scratched or cracked. When I emailed company about getting a replacement, I received the following reply:
Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Both the plates are not useable at all, if you can use them as is then we are willing to you refund you 30% off the item price of the two plates or we can reship you the plates.
But, if it breaks again in transit then we will not be able to reship or refund.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.
This is not an acceptable response. The package was not well packed thus the breakage in transit but I am to be responsible for that? Please do not do not do not sue this company for anything. They are only to eager to accept you money but will not back up thei products.
