Efavormart refuses to give me a refund for returned merchandise. They also made additional fraudulent charges on my credit card starting on the day I inquired about my refund. The charges are from an overseas company, Simplepay.

I filed a complaint with the fraud department of my credit card company today, June 12, 2017. I just don't want others to get scammed by this company.
